Patient portal access is safeguarded via registered mobile number verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials, and for all activities conducted under your session.

All branding, text, logos, graphics, interface designs, software code, and curated databases on this platform are the proprietary intellectual property of Unity Health Care. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Unity Health Care, its directors, physicians, affiliates, and technical providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, reliance on health calculations or traditional home remedies, or delays in electronic report delivery.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India.
